 Reese Witherspoon is officially divorced from her ex-husband Jim Toth

Last March, Reese Witherspoon filed for divorce from Jim Toth citing "irreconcilable differences." This week, the two reached an amicable agreement.

According to the TMZ portal, actress Reese Witherspoon has finally reached a divorce agreement with her ex-husband Jim Toth, from whom she separated a few months ago.

In official trial documents, the former couple presented "a signed marital dissolution agreement." And this Wednesday, the final divorce sentence was presented.

Last March, Witherspoon filed for divorce from Jim citing "irreconcilable differences." This week, the two reached an amicable agreement, which includes a joint parenting plan for her 10-year-old son Tennessee.

In the documents reviewed by TMZ, the actress reveals that the two signed a premarital agreement in 2011, in California, and "that it is valid and enforceable." This includes joint custody of Tennessee.

“The parties are expected to enter into a martial dissolution agreement and permanent parenting plan that will be submitted to the court for approval,” she read in the filing.

The marriage between Reese and Jim began in 2011. He is a former artist manager and director of one of the largest celebrity management agencies in Hollywood, where the actress is a client.
