 Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet could be the key to mending the relationship between Prince Harry and King Charles. As grandchildren, they offer a chance for the family to come together and move beyond past conflicts.

Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet might play a key role in helping "forget bitter rows of the past" between Prince Harry and King Charles, according to an expert. Having grandchildren can be a "powerful tug on the heartstrings," and Archie and Lilibet could serve as a "compelling link" to reunite Prince Harry with King Charles, the expert suggested.

Since Prince Harry and Meghan Markle moved to the United States, their relationships with the Royal Family have been notably strained, especially following Harry's explosive memoir, "Spare," and their revealing interview with Oprah Winfrey, where serious allegations were made against the Firm.

Consequently, Archie, now five, and Lili, three, have spent minimal time with their grandfather, King Charles. Former BBC royal correspondent Jennie Bond noted: "Little people who are part of your bloodline and have had nothing to do with family quarrels and tensions. Utterly innocent tiny tots who deserve to know and love their grandparents."

Ms. Bond proposed that the young children could help mend the royal feud.

She added: "I can imagine that the King very much wants the chance to get to know Archie and Lilibet and to create some memories for them. The children may provide the most compelling link between Charles and Harry and convince them both to forgive, if not forget, the bitter rows of the past."

Jennie also expressed hope that Harry does not follow Meghan's example of becoming "obdurately estranged" from his family. Meghan's relationship with her father, Thomas Markle, became strained after he was unable to walk her down the aisle at her wedding to Prince Harry, culminating in a rift when Thomas collaborated with paparazzi to stage several photos before her wedding day.
