Biography of David Hasselhoff

As evidenced by his surname, David Hasselhoff has German ancestors although he was born in Baltimore, Maryland.
At 193 centimeters tall and stocky, he became one of the most popular faces on television in the '80s and '90s. He now takes advantage of it to achieve secondary roles in the cinema.
Hasselhoff studied Drama in Chicago and Los Angeles, and made his acting debut in 1973 with the series The Young and the Restless.
