Dakota Johnson Reveals She Needed Therapy After Filming 'Fifty Shades of Grey'

The South African Ella explained how she had ended up in a depression after preparing for her latest role in the movie Tully and going on an extreme fattening diet.
Now it is Dakota Johnson who has decided to confess the problems that her role has brought her that launched her to fame.
The daughter of Melanie Griffith and Don Johnson was chosen to play the shy and young student Anastasia Steele, star of Fifty Shades of Grey.
The actress has told in an interview with Elle magazine that she needed professional help after filming some of the scenes of the film. "No joke, she left me so knackered that I had to go to therapy," she explains to the magazine.
In the film, Johnson fell for the charms of the mysterious and attractive millionaire Christian Grey, played by British actor Jamie Dorna
It is not the first time that Dakota Johnson has spoken about her performance in Fifty Shades of Grey. The young woman has stated on several occasions that she is very shy that her family and her friends see the tape.
